Sean Dunham

Managing Principal, overseeing the Energy & Utility and Outdoor Lighting divisions. Outside Sales account responsibilities include Xcel Energy, Great River Energy, Mortenson, and the consulting engineering firms. Sean is an experienced sales representative with more than 10 years in the industry. Previous industry experience includes multiple roles working for Xcel Energy and outside sales as a Manufacturers Representative. He received his BS in Economics from St. John’s University, and MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Mike Skovran

Managing Principal, overseeing the OEM and C&I divisions. Outside Sales, with more than 40 years experience in the industry maintaining responsibility for some of our largest customers. Mike served in the United States Marine Corps, was USMC Presidential Security Detail HMX-1, and received his bA degree from the University of Minnesota.

Business Operations Manager

Lauren Dunham

Business Operations Manager, responsible for executing and managing company's operational activities and initiatives. Reports directly to Principals. Lauren joined the company in 2021. She held previous positions as a Registered Nurse and received her BS in Nursing from Bethel University.

Director of Utility and C&I Sales, managing distribution and partner channels. Mike joined the company in 2017 with 5+ years previous industry experience as a Manufacturer’s Representative. Mike received his BA in Business & Finance from St. John’s University.

Sales Representative, responsible for the Minnesota territory. Prior to joining EMS Partners in 2024, Ronnie was an Area Manager for NSI Industries. He has 6 years previous experience with Graybar Electric in Minneapolis, where he held various roles.

He started as Inside Sales right out of college and eventually transitioned to his current Outside Sales Representative role. JJ received his BA in Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Senior Sales Engineer covering the Transmission & Substation markets at Xcel Energy and Great River Energy, along with full responsibility of Mortenson, MYR Energy and consulting engineers. Prior to joining EMS, he held roles as a Senior Manager of the CMT Group and Manager of Transmission Engineering at Xcel Energy. Matt maintains his PE in the State of Colorado.
